🚀 Hit-Tower Specials
Will my smartphone with its case fit in the tower?
Yes! The rail system is designed for devices up to 84 mm wide and 13 mm thick . This covers almost all modern smartphones (including iPhone Pro Max / Samsung Ultra) even with a protective case.
What settings do I need to adjust in the Hitster app?
For the Hit Tower to work perfectly, you should deactivate the "Flip phone" function in the app settings. This way you can scan cards in the tower lightning fast without having to move your phone.
What is the "Privacy Shield"?
The Privacy Shield is included with every tower. It's a physical cover that plugs into the top. It prevents song details (e.g., on Spotify Free) from being visible on the display before the guessing process begins.
Is the tower an official Hitster product?
No, this is a standalone accessory developed by Cr3Dator. We have no business relationship with the game's trademark holders.
🪥 The BrushDock System
Will my handpiece fit in the handle holder?
Our handle holder is universally designed and fits all handpieces up to a diameter of 32 mm . This covers almost all common models from Oral-B (including iO), Sonicare, and other brands.
Why does the system extend battery life?
Electric toothbrushes suffer from being constantly charged on their base station. The BrushDock stores the brush away from the power source . You only charge it when needed, which extends the lifespan of your battery cells.
Are the holders a perfect fit?
Yes. To prevent wobbling, we manufacture with a precision of 0.1 mm . Simply select your variant (Oral-B, iO or Sonicare) when purchasing to ensure your brush heads fit perfectly.
🛡️ Assembly & Hold
How stable is the adhesive mounting?
We exclusively use genuine 3M™ 9086 high-performance adhesive tape . It adheres extremely well to tiles, glass, and metal and is specially designed for damp environments (bathrooms).
What's the secret to a perfect hold?
The surface must be free of grease and dust . Briefly clean the area with glass cleaner. After firmly pressing the holder into place (approx. 30 seconds), we recommend a resting period of 24 hours before applying any load.
Is the system safe for rental properties?
Absolutely. The adhesive tape can be removed from smooth surfaces (tiles/mirrors) without leaving any residue – it's best to warm it briefly with a hairdryer.
🔬 Material & Care
What does "bio-based polymer" mean?
We use high-quality PLA+ / PLA Mate . This material is derived from renewable resources (such as cornstarch) and is nevertheless extremely stable and durable.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
No. The high temperatures in the dishwasher (above 55°C) can deform the material. Cleaning is very simple with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.

What is the current delivery time?
Due to extremely high demand (especially for the Hit-Tower), our current processing time is up to 24 working days . We manufacture each piece individually in our German factory.
Do you ship plastic-free?
Yes. We use recyclable cardboard boxes and packing material made of paper or cornstarch. In addition, every shipment is carbon offset .
