Will my smartphone really fit inside?

Yes! The holder is designed for devices up to 84 mm wide and 13 mm thick (height) . This covers almost all common smartphones, including those with cases.

What exactly do I need to configure in the app?

Open the Hitster app and go to the settings. There you will find the option "Flip phone" . Deactivate this so that your smartphone can be scanned directly in the tower and play the music.

Will I receive the Privacy Shield as well?

Yes, the Privacy Shield is included with every order. It simply plugs into the top and protects against song spoilers (especially helpful for Spotify Free users).

Why is the delivery time so long?

We're currently experiencing very high demand for our Hit-Tower. It's simply revolutionary and makes gameplay significantly easier. A single tower requires over 6 hours of printing time on our machines. To guarantee the robust 315g quality and a perfect finish, each Hit-Tower is hand-finished.

How sustainable is the shipping?

We completely avoid plastic packing material and use only recyclable cardboard boxes. In addition, we offset the CO₂ emissions of shipping.
